10 seconds after this picture was taken the boys mother comes out and makes then wash it off and put on a shirt.
This looks like a bro house to me - lots of guys living together to share rent. The only mothers in there are mofos.
I like what they've done with the place! :)
They have refreshments and decorations - looks like a party!
