LZ 127 Graf Zeppelin

I just noticed that big gash toward the front of the photos. Sign these guys up for the Adventurer's Club.

Could be, but I suspect there was a hatch we're not seeing. This couldn't have been the only time a airship got torn up in a storm.

Oh, oh, oh---that guy dangling his feet over the side... I get scared on high edges, so he impresses the hell out of me. His mindset is so far from mine, I can't even imagine his insouciance. But it's beautiful.

Over the water in the moonlight, I can't imagine what it was like. Mostly because if I try, all I can think is NOPE.
