That bee's had far too much caffeine. No more Mountain Dew for you, giant bee.

That is awesome. Why can't I think of things like that? I mean drawing a giant bee...not dressing like one and scaring children up walls.

This is how I feel when the yellow flies start circling. There IS NO ESCAPE!
What a great picture.

ZG: click the from link, there are several from this same book, all with giant bugs.

Mama: who's been giving the yellow flies caffeine?

It actually looks like the bee is trying to practice the soliloquy from Henry V on the little boy and the boy is misunderstanding his intentions.

I'm deathly allergic to bees so this one freaks me out!

"Come here! I just need someone to listen to me practice my monologue!"

It's not the worst thing that happens to poor Tommy.

My inner child is very afraid.

That specimen one is good too.

I went back and forth about which one to post, but I liked the look on the bee's face.

He looks like he's panhandling. "Gimme a quarter! I knows ya gots a quarter! I need it for the bus!"
And the little boy is good at climbing walls.
