I think I may have been in middle school, or, Jr. High as we called it back then, when I first read Tarzan Of The Apes.
My world cracked open and spit out new ones.
I am so glad that you love these books too.
And then of course- the Johnny Wiessmuller Tarzan movies.
But the books- oh. The books.

YES. book covers. damn. they just do not make them like that anymore. Back when book covers were piece of art instead of movie posters. It makes me want to design new covers for all of my books. maybe I will pick out the particularly bad covers I have and paint over them.

Is that why he's such a turn on?

I dig the new layout and header!

Mama: I remember lying in the back of the van on a road trip, devouring Tarzan novels.

ZG: Oh, cover art is still being made, you just have to keep an eye out for it. Even the movie tie-ins are sometimes quite striking - I was just reading about this set, for example:

Steph: I'm gonna go with yes. And thanks! Just felt like a change.
