Back when the only thing a girl could play was tambourine. And could the guitar player on the left side get his guitar any higher? Still and yet, they were playing, and that's more than I can say.
They are in fact the Rolling Stones - the 'girl' is Jagger complete with tambourine and the young man on the left is Bill Wyman who used to play his guitar practically vertically.

That girl is damn cute! Far too cute for that band. I hope she grew up to be Joan Jett. But I sort of doubt she did.
Me, too, because I think Joan Jett was rocking out with the Runaways by that age.
What a bunch of straights, man. So not cool.
Aw, c'mon, the drummer is obviously high and the chick looks like she grew up to be Gina Gershon.
Do you think it's a basement or a garage?
Oh. Never mind. I see the lawn mower. Duh. But it looks like you walk down a staircase to get to it.
The back of the house may open out on a story lower than the front of the house. Know what I mean?

Trust this clarifies matters...
The more you know!
Okay, the band is cool, but check out the cop stand-up in the back! Ha Ha!
I liked that, too! The drummer is SLOW.
