Powder monkey of USS New Hampshire

How old do you think that kid was? And how do sailor suits manage to be both dorky and cool at the same time, no matter what era?

No matter how old he was, he was OLD ENOUGH!
What a great picture.

He thinks he's old enough, anyway.

I wish more men would wear sailor outfits everyday! I think they are sexier than the other military uniforms. I love those big, strong thighs in tight bell-bottoms. It's hawt!

Plus, I always expect sailors to break out in song and dance, and you know I love that.

Go to any gay costume party. Sailors galore.

Julya and I followed a pod of sailors in full regalia around Chicago once. It was fantastic.

No way that's 1964.

You're right, of course. I meant 1864.

May: I hear when the ships come into NY harbor, every gal in the city (and about 10% of the fellows) show up for the event.)

I don't blame them! I would too! Maybe I could get one of them drunk and steal his pants! HA HA!

That Hank said...

Yeah, that's why you want his pants off.

Sailors come into port in Jacksonville too, or so I hear.
