Now that's some beautiful cover design, there. I don't have anything to add. I love the smoke.

According to Wikipedia, that Cairo (Illinois) is pronounced like Cairo, Georgia. I have to admit that whenever I read the Egypt Cairo, I have to really think about how it's pronounced. The smoke is way cool.
I am disproportionately please when book cover designs wrap around like that.
I love book covers before book jackets. I hate book jackets.
Ditto on that, I always pull them off.
Me too. Although sometimes I use them as my book mark. But I am always angry and bitter about it when I do.
